外泌体在脑病中的作用机制及中药干预研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism of exosomes in encephalopathy and the intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Exosomes are smaller vesicles secreted by cells,enriched with cell-derived proteins,nucleic acids,lipids and other signaling substances,which have physiological functions such as removing waste materials,mediating intercellular information transfer and generating immune tolerance.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and its main active ingredients can be used to treat cerebral diseases by regulating exosomes,but the mechanism of action is still unclear.In this paper,we reviewed the characteristics of exosomes in cerebral diseases(ischemic stroke,cerebral hemorrhage,vascular dementia,Alzheimer's disease,multiple sclerosis)and the mechanism of action of the main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines on exosomal proteins,so as to provide a new strategy and a new way of thinking for the treatment of cerebral diseases.关键词
