谷子代替玉米对幼兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of millet instead of corn on the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical indexes of young rabbits.A total of one hundred and eighty 30-day-old Ira meat rabbits,half male and half female,were randomly divided into six groups,with five replicates per group,and each replicate consisting of six young rabbits.The six groups of young rabbits were fed experimental diets containing 0%(CN group),5%(GZ5%group),10%(GZ10%group),15%(GZ15%group),20%(GZ20%group),and 25%(GZ25%group)Zhangza millet.The preliminary trial period was five days,and the formal experimental period was 55 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight of young rabbits in the GZ15%and GZ20%groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain of the GZ15%group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)and crude fat(EE)in the GZ15%and GZ20%groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum biochemical indexes among all groups of young rabbits(P>0.05).The study indicates that replacing corn with millet at different levels in the diet of young rabbits can improve their growth performance and the nutrients apparent digestibility,without affecting serum biochemical indicators,with the most suitable replacement ratio being 15%.关键词
