Basic Connotations,Practical Contexts and Development Pathways of Constructing the Chinese Super League Governance Community
摘要
Abstract
Constructing governance community for the Chinese Super League(CSL)is a crucial approach to restructuring the league's multi-stakeholder interest framework,resolving development challenges,and ensuring its sustainable development.This study through the methods of literature review,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,identifies the theoretical framework,core stakeholders and basic connotations of the CSL governance community.It finds that deficiencies in the CSL's regulatory system,inadequate institutional design,and insufficient drivers of sustainable development are significant obstacles to community construction.The study also highlights key drivers including the leadership roles of the Chinese Communist Party and major governing bodies,the league's incentive mechanisms,the power balance and resource complementarity among stakeholders,and the uncertainties in the league's development environment.Based on these findings,the study proposes several development pathways including strengthening the policy and regulatory framework to lay a solid environmental foundation for collaborative governance,improving institutional arrangements to ensure a balanced representation of diverse stakeholder interests,fostering trust capital among stakeholders to reduce transaction costs associated with negotiations,promoting organizational reform in the CSL governing body to enhance operational efficiency within governance community and establishing accountability mechanisms to support the long-term sustainability of the governance framework.关键词
