体育院校课程思政建设的教师策略研究
Teachers'Strategies for the Construction of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Sport Colleges and Universities

Abstract
Sports colleges and universities play a vital role in the construction of sports power and healthy China.Curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities is an important link in the cultivation of sports talents,and teachers are the key factors in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies and judges the trend of the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,and analyzes its realistic predicaments,which contain that teachers'ideological and political literacy needs to be improved,which leads to the blocked implementation motivation of curriculum ideological and political education;the lack of realistic observation in the teaching process,which leads to the deficiency of classroom teaching affinity;the insufficient connection of collaborative education,which leads to the limited joint force of system construction;and the deficient interactive mechanism of teaching evaluation,which leads to the weakened overall effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.Accordingly,it proposes some teacher's strategies for the construction of ideological and political education in sports colleges and universities,including teaching preparation based on investigation and research,teaching exploration based on targeted positioning,and teaching reflection based on improving its quality and efficiency.关键词
