生成式人工智能赋能体育教师专业自主发展的应用研究
Application of Generative Artificial Intelligence Empowering Professional Independent Development of Physical Education Teachers

Abstract
The core characteristic of teachers'professional development lies in its independency.Generative artificial intelligence(GAI)contributes to enhancing teachers'professional independent development,which is a key force to promote the development of education in the future.This paper uses case study method and field investigation method to study the concept connotations,interaction mechanism,application scenarios and application strategies of GAI empowering physical education teachers'professional independent development.It indicates that there is an internal interaction mechanism among the technical features of GAI including high intelligent interaction,creative generation,universal applicability and customization and the endogenous motivation of physical education teachers'professional independent development,digital learning community of physical education teachers and their educational equity development.At the same time,GAI plays an important role in the application scenarios of physical education teachers'higher-order thinking training,teaching and research work,physical education teaching scene preview,independent learning effectiveness evaluation and independent development planning.However,there are still risks such as digital ethics,value bias and false information generation in practical applications.Base on these,the application strategies are proposed:to establish and improve policies and regulations to strengthen the ethical compliance and applicability of the empowerment of GAI;to improve the level of intelligent tool research and development to build a self-education model for local specialized physical education teachers;and to enhance the practice of intelligent training for teachers to improve the digital literacy of physical education teachers.关键词
