Action Mechanisms,Practical Bottlenecks and Promotion Paths for Sports Data Factors Driving the Development of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
As a new type of production factor,sports data factors have become an important support to drive the development of new quality productive forces.Using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,the study explores the action mechanisms,practical bottlenecks and promotion paths of sports data factors driving the development of new quality productive forces.It concludes that the action mechanisms are manifested in the fact that sports data factors drive the in-depth application of sports science and technology,empower the upgrading of sports production and manufacturing,promote the synergy and cooperation of sports-related subjects,and expand the boundaries of the development of sports industry.In the process of sports data elements driving the development of new quality productive forces,it still faces some practical bottlenecks of insufficient high-quality supply and weak technical application capacity;lagging infrastructure construction and insufficient mining of sports data value;difficulties in confirming property rights and conflicts of interest in the open use of sports data;weak privacy and security protection capacity,and lack of market supervision.Accordingly,the promotion paths are proposed to improve the supply level of sports data factors to enhance the technical application capacity;to accelerate the construction of sports data infrastructure to explore the value of data in depth;to clarify the attribution of property rights of sports data factors to build a long-term operation mechanism;and to guarantee the compliant operation of sports data factors to improve the market supervision system.关键词
