瘤胃微生物对反刍动物甲烷排放的影响及减排策略研究进展
Research progress on advances in effect of rumen microorganisms on methane emission of ruminants and corresponding effctively emission reduction strategies
摘要
Abstract
The rumen is a unique digestive organ of ruminants,with its intricate microflora occupying a central role throughout the digestion process.It degrades organic matter in feed through a series of anaerobic metabolic pathways and generates methane(CH4).As a powerful greenhouse gas,the production of CH4 not only leads to energy loss,but also exacerbates global warming.Therefore,finding more and more effective measures to inhibit rumen CH4 emissions is of great significance for improving animal production performance and mitigating climate change.Rumen microorganisms and feed diet nutrition are two major factors affecting CH4 emissions of ruminants.In this paper,the roles of methanogens,bacteria,protozoa and anaerobic fungi in the formation of CH4 in the rumen were described,and the effects of adjusting feed diet composition,adding chemical inhibitors,phytogenic feed additives and direct-fed microorganisms on reducing CH4 emissions were summarized,aiming to provide a reference for the implementation and application of CH4 emission reduction strategies in ruminants.关键词
