中国省域数字政府建设水平的综合测度及比较
Comprehensive Measurement and Comparison of China's Provincial Digital Government Construction Level
摘要
Abstract
s:This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the level of digital government construction from four dimensions:coverage breadth,use depth,satisfaction and application ability,and then uses entropy method to measure and analyze the level of digital government construction in 30 provinces of China from 2017 to 2021.The results are shown as the following:The level of digital government construction in China shows a steady upward trend on the whole,and a decreasing trend of"east-central-west"at the regional level.In terms of spatial distribution,the digital government construction in most provinces is at a low level and maintains a steady state for a long time without a big development.Overall regional differences,intra-regional differences and inter-regional differences all have a decreasing trend,and inter-regional differences are the main sources of over-all differences.There are significant σ convergence and β convergence in the whole country and the three regions.关键词
