摘要
Abstract
Reasonably planning the layout of the hydrogen energy industry and accelerating its promotion,and continuously promoting the adjustment of the green energy structure are of great significance for achieving the goals of emission peak and carbon neutrality.Based on this,a hydrogen energy industry layout plan for Hebei Province is proposed in this paper.By sorting out the current energy status and the difficulties and demands of the existing energy structure in Hebei Province,analyzes the advantages and obstacles of the development of the hydrogen energy industry in Hebei Province,comprehensively grasps the current policy orientation and economic environment of Hebei Province,proposes suitable directions for the layout of the hydrogen energy industry in the region and appropriate hydrogen energy development strategies for various regions in the province.Finally,puts forward several suggestions from the perspectives of the government,new energy power stations,and hydrogen related industry manufacturers.The analysis results show that:1)the Zhangjiakou region mainly relies on wind power for hydrogen production,and can develop a direct supply chemical system using green hydrogen instead of coal as raw material,or produce hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.Xiong'an New Area and Baoding region focus on hydrogen energy innovation industry,while also developing hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry.Chengde,Qinhuangdao,Tangshan,Cangzhou,Hengshui and other regions can develop the hydrogen powered ship industry and engage in hydrogen energy trade.Langfang,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,Handan and other regions are developing hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment manufacturing,as well as industrial by-product hydrogen purification industry.2)It is suggested that the government should be a planned and targeted development of hydrogen energy related support policies and subsidy plans based on local conditions,increased financial support,and strengthened talent support.For new energy power plants,it is recommended to fully utilize hydrogen energy storage and build hydrogen production plants and refueling stations near the power plant based on the principle of"nearby production and use"as much as possible.For hydrogen related industry manufacturers,they should consider collaborating with universities and research institutes to build hydrogen energy research and development innovation platforms,focusing on solving the difficulties faced in hydrogen production,storage,and transportation,and reducing the cost of the hydrogen energy industry chain.The research results are expected to provide reference for the layout of hydrogen energy industry in Hebei Province.关键词
