Abstract
In recent years,Vietnam has emerged as a preferred destination for many countries to develop overseas wind power markets,due to its convenient transportation infrastructure and abundant wind energy resources.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of a wind power EPC(engineering,procurement,and construction)project in Vietnam,summarizing the key control points and relevant experiences throughout its full life cycle.The study examines the risks and challenges encountered from the project decision-making stage to the execution stage.The decision-making stage includes risk identification and management for overseas projects,project department establishment,section division,and corporate income tax considerations.The execution stage encompasses design,procurement and logistics,construction,grid connection,and obtaining the COD(commercial operation date)certificate.Solutions to these issues are proposed to provide valuable references for Chinese enterprises undertaking similar projects in the future.关键词
