云南家庭农场经营规模对绩效影响研究
Study on the Impact of Family Farm Scale on Performance in Yunnan

Abstract
Family farm is a new type of agricultural operation subject,which has the advantages of family op-eration and scale operation.Scale operation has become an important trend in family farm development.Based on 1 600 samples from Yunnan Province,this article adopts a multiple regression analysis method to clarify the study on the effect of family farm scale on performance.The research shows that in terms of baseline regression,the rela-tionship between the area of cultivated land and total income is an inverted'U'shape,which increases first and then decreases,with a critical value of 412.024 acres,it shows that the moderate scale operation of family farm is beneficial to improving the total income level;the relationship between the cultivated land area and the income per mu shows a positive'U'shape,which decreases first and then increases,with a critical value of 264.432 acres.From the perspective of heterogeneity analysis,when the planting structure is different,the effect of the family farm operation scale on performance is different.Therefore,we need to improve the'three rights separation policy'and the system for the rights of land property,support the transfer of low and idle land to farms,and promote the mod-erate scale management of family farm;carry out policies in accordance with different categories,focus on support-ing farms that have grown and developed from small and medium-sized farmers,improve the training system and mechanism for farmers,strengthen the training of practical skills for farmers'production and management.关键词
