The Logical Reconstruction of the Integrated Preservation and Utilization of Toponymic Cultural Heritage from a Stakeholder Theory Perspective

Abstract
Dispersed protection is a challenge for toponymic cultural heritage and a critical academic issue.Within the framework of stakeholder theory,the internal mechanism for the decentralized preservation of toponymic cultural heritage is theoretically explained.The findings show that varying stakeholder interests in the protection and utilization of toponymic cultural heritage are the primary causes of the current decentralized protection of such herit-age.Effective integrated preservation and utilization of toponymic cultural heritage can only be achieved when vari-ous stakeholders collaborate to address current decentralized preservation issues.The'collaborative win-win and mu-tual benefit'model helps stakeholders reach consensus and work together,resolving dispersed protection and achie-ving integrated preservation of toponymic cultural heritage.关键词
