Study on the Disposal of Confiscated Items in the Enforcement of Yunnan's Terrestrial Wildlife Administrative Law
摘要
Abstract
This study focused on Yunnan terrestrial wildlife to analyze the challenges faced in the disposal of confiscated items during wildlife administrative law enforcement.This analysis was conducted through field research and a literature review.It proposes to improve the regulations on the disposal of terrestrial wildlife confiscated goods,implement a system of classifying and disposing of terrestrial wildlife confiscated goods,set up a governmen-tal public property warehouse for unified management,and improve the system of supervising the disposal of terres-trial wildlife confiscated goods.This establishes a reference and support for law enforcement agencies involved in terrestrial wildlife protection to manage confiscated items.As a result,it enhances the efficiency of administrative enforcement related to these confiscated items and helps prevent ecological and economic losses.关键词
