云南传统村落环境保护法制建设探析
Research on Legal Issues of Environmental Protection in Traditional Villages of Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
The environmental protection of traditional villages in Yunnan faces many difficulties,including the failure of local legislation to highlight the protection of the ecological environment at the target level,the unclear o-verall planning,the specific legal system to be improved,and the insufficient role of village rules and regulations.Given the advantages of a large number of traditional villages in Yunnan,symbiosis with the ecological environment and rich ethnic cultural resources,and the shortcomings of relative village planning,differentiated protection by clas-sification,resource utilization and environmental pollution,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as clarif-ying the environmental protection objectives of traditional villages,clarifying the contents of environmental protection planning,perfecting the specific legal system and giving full play to the positive role of village rules and regulations in rural environmental governance,to effectively strengthen the legal protection of traditional village environment in Yunnan and promote the harmonious development of ecological environmental protection and rural revitalization.关键词
