摘要

Abstract

At present,there is no uniform standard for the evaluation of sustainable development ability of ag-ricultural enterprises at home and abroad.This paper takes agricultural companies in China as research samples,selects indicators from four dimensions of economy,environment and social corporate governance,and establishes an index system of enterprise sustainable development ability.Based on the information entropy theory to determine the weight of each index and the expected value of sustainable development ability of enterprises,the back propaga-tion neural network evaluation model was constructed,trained and simulated.The results showed that the model had good generalization ability and could be effectively applied to the evaluation of sustainable development ability of ag-ricultural enterprises.Four main factors affecting the overall sustainable development ability of agricultural industry are summarized:Weak technological innovation ability and diversified development;Insufficient investment in envi-ronmental and social responsibility,lack of awareness of information disclosure;Talent reserve difficulties,depend-ence on policy support;Equity structure imbalance,business risk intensification.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to help agricultural enterprises achieve high-quality sustainable development.
