摘要

Abstract

When new liquor is mixed with waste electrolyte,the concentration of fluorine ions in the electrolyte increases.The following factors were investigated to confirm their influence on the increase in fluorine ion concentration:effect of washing,pickling and settlement time of defluorinated slag on fluorine ion concentration in defluorinated post-liquid;effect of acidity on fluorine ion concentration;effect of filtration material on fluorine ion concentration,results show that fluorine dissolves when defluorinated slag mixed with acid,so the fluorine ion concentration shall be increased in electrolyte;fluorine ion concentration shall decreased along with the prolonging sedimentation time,so new liquid shall be feed into process after sedimentation more than 2 h;the filtration material's impact on fluorine ion concentration is not significant.
