电子束熔炼高纯铜工业化试验研究
Industrial Test Research of High-purity Copper by Electron-Beam Smelting

Abstract
Test Research of purification of 4N cathode copper in both the 10 kg and 100 kg classes was conducted to address the challenges in preparing high-purity copper target materials.The characterization of impurities was conducted using a glow-discharge mass spectrometer,an O-N-H analyzer and a C-S analyzer.Results show that the master impurity content of 10 kg high purity copper is under 1 × 10-5(mass fraction),the oxygen content is under 2×10-6 when the vacuum degree is 1.5 × 10-1 Pa,the power is 20 kW smelting for 25 min;at the same smelting conditions,the master impurity content is under 2.373 × 10-6,the oxygen content is under 2.2 × 10-6 of high purity copper ingot in 100 kg class prepared by directional solidification with 1.8 mm/min velocity.关键词
