Abstract
The high aluminum-to-silicon ratio in the feed filter cake entering the setting tank can lead to a loss of alumina and calcium oxide.To address this issue,it is essential to optimize critical equipment suitable for the liquid-solid separation of ultra-fine materials that involve high temperatures,high alkalinity,and high viscosity.By leveraging the properties of the leaf filter cake,we can achieve highly efficient recycling and utilization.The overall recovery process involves the following steps:"plate and frame filtration,blending of circulating mother liquor,and grinding and proportioning of raw materials."关键词
