熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法测定硅酸盐岩石中10种主次组分
Determination of Ten Major and Minor Components in Silicate Rock by Fusion Sampling-X Ray Fluorescent Spectrometry

Abstract
The optimization of analytical methods for ten oxides(SiO2,Al2O3,TFe2O3,MgO,CaO,K2O,Na2O,TiO2,MnO,P2O5)in silicate rocks using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was built upon previous research.Working curves were established based on 22 types of standard materials,including silicate rocks,soil,and stream sediments.The matrix effect correction can be achieved using the basic parameter method,which involves measuring and incorporating the sample's ignition loss for normalized compensation.The detection limit of each group is in the range of 0.003%~0.06%,the relative standard deviation of each group is in the range of 0.15%~3.10%.Verifing of 3 silicate standard samples,the accuracy and precision can meet the relative requirements.关键词
