摘要

Abstract

The impact of oxygen content in anode copper on the results obtained through the pulse infrared method was thoroughly examined.This discussion covered various aspects,including sample preparation,analysis parameter settings,instrument calibration,carrier gas purity,agent effectiveness,blank value influence,combining of the principles of the NCS oxygen analyzer(O-3000).The uncertainty component of this method is assessed,and the expanded uncertainty is provided.Combined with the size and influence factors of the uncertainty component,we can know the accuracy of standard substance's certification in trace amount analysis has a big influence on the whole method.
