Abstract
This paper analyzes sources of lead(Pb),copper(Cu),iron(Fe),cadmium(Cd),tin(Sn),and aluminum(Al)in zinc cathodes.By improving the quality of the anode plate and the anode coating,optimizing the duration of anode flattening,controlling the total sulfate content in the electrolyte,and optimizing the copper bar support,it was possible to achieve concentrations of Pb ≤15 g/t and Cu ≤4 g/t in the zinc cathode.As a result,the yield of zinc cathodes with total impurities ≤30 g/t increased by more than 40％.关键词
