摘要

Abstract

In order to identify the most appropriate management practice in degraded grasslands,a com-pletely randomized design was used to determine effects of different forage species(Elymus sibiricus,Agropy-ron cristatum,Elymus nutans,and Medicago sativa),reseeding rates(0,12.54,16.72 and 20.90 kg/hm2)and fertilization rates(0,53.73,107.46 and 161.49 kg/hm2 dry cow dung)on forage nutritional quality and yield.The results showed that different management methods significantly changed dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,organic matter,crude fat,and gross energy in a degraded grassland(P<0.05).The hay yield and nutritional quality of forage were significantly higher after M.sativa(a legume)reseeding compared to Poaceae species reseeding(P<0.05)in degraded grass-land.The hay yield and nutritional quality of forage were improved significantly with the increasing of reseeding rates and fertilization levels(P<0.05).In conclusion,the comprehensive nutritional value in the degraded grassland was the highest when reseeding with M.sativa at 20.90 kg/hm2 and fertilized with dry cow dung at 53.73 kg/hm2.
