双源CT多期增强双能量成像对肺癌及肺炎性结节/肿块的鉴别诊断价值
Differential diagnosis of four phases enhancement dual energy CT imaging in lung cancer and inflammatory diseases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of four phases enhancement dual energy CT imaging in lung cancer and inflammatory diseases.Methods:Forty-two cases with pulmonary nodule or mass received both unenhanced CT scan and four phases(pulmonary phase,arterial phase,venous phase and delay phase)pulmonary enhanced CT scan in dual energy pattern.The value of unenhanced CT,normalized iodine concentrations(NIC),CT40keV and CT100keV of four phases were measured,net value(dCT)in 40 keV CT images and energy spectrum curve slope(λHU)in 40~100 keV section of four phases were calculated.The spectrum parameters between the two groups were compared.Result:Among 42 cases,there were 22 of lung cancer,and 20 of inflammatory diseases.For the inflammatory diseases group,NIC,CT40 keV and CT100 keV of four phases,dCT and λHU of arterial phase,venous phase and delay phase were higher than those of the lung cancer group,and d CT and λHU of pulmonary phase were lower than those of the lung cancer group.Between the two groups,there were statistically sig-nificant differences in NIC and dCT of venous phase and delay phase(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four phases enhancement dual en-ergy CT imaging is helpful in the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases and lung cancer.关键词
