基于微信群的孕产妇和婴幼儿居家用药咨询服务实施效果
Analysis of the effectiveness of home medication consultation services for pregnant women and infants based on WeChat groups

Abstract
AIM To explore the practice of using WeChat groups as carriers to provide home medication consultation services for pregnant women and infants and analyze its implementation effectiveness.METHODS An online consultation team for home pharmacy services was established,and the"Xuzhou Perinatal Home Pharmacy Service Group"was formed,through which medication consultation services for pregnant women and infants were regularly conducted.A total of 20 307 medication consultation records from January to December 2023 were collected and analyzed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the cognitive level of rational drug use,medication compliance,and satisfaction among pregnant women and parents of infants who had received online consultation regarding rational medication use.RESULTS A total of 20 307 medication consultation records involved a total of 1 416 pregnant women and infants,with 864 cases(61.02％)during pregnancy,148 cases(10.45％)during lactation,and 404 cases(28.53％)related to infants.Among 20 307 medication consultation records,49.65％were related to medication consultation for infants,accounting for the highest proportion.Medication consultations were distributed as follows:55.96％occurred between 8:00 and 17:00,29.73％took place between 17:00 and 24:00,and 14.31％were conducted between 24:00 and 8:00(the next day).In pregnancy,lactation,and infant medication consultations,fever treatment had the highest proportion,accounting for 24.18％,20.12％,and 20.29％respectively.After receiving home medication consultation services for 3 months,the cognitive level of rational drug use and medication compliance of service recipients had significantly improved(P＜0.05),with a satisfaction rate of 100.00％.There was a consensus among 95.83％of service recipients that WeChat group medication consultation services were very helpful in alleviating anxiety during illness.CONCLUSION To a certain extent,the home medication consultation service for pregnant women and infants through WeChat groups has met the needs for home medication consultation of pregnant women and infants.Real-time medication consultation services can alleviate the anxiety of pregnant women and provide timely and correct medication advice.The home medication consultation service for pregnant women and infants based on WeChat groups has strong operability and promotional value.关键词
