Agricultural Data Sharing and Application to Crack the Dilemma of Precision Underwriting and Precision Claims in Agricultural Insurance Operations
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China's agricultural insurance has achieved remarkable results.However,problems are still exist,such as sloppy service,imprecise survey and loss determination,and untimely compensation.The issue of precision in agricultural insurance has attracted great attention,and was written into China's NO.1 central document for 2024.Effective sharing and application of agricultural data is one of the keys to break the current dilemma of applying scientific and technological means,and to realize the accuracy of agricultural insurance underwriting and claims.This paper summarized the points of accurate underwriting and claims of agricultural insurance,and put forward the application scenarios and data requi rements of agricultural data such as confirmation of insurance intention,collection of target information,accurate survey and loss assessment.Finally,based on the current difficulties in the introduction,sharing and application of agricultural data,suggestions were put forward from prioritizing data needs,introducing policy support systems,establishing standards,and unifying data introduction and sharing.关键词
