Abstract
Improving the governance capacity of rural communities and promoting the modernization of rural community governance is an important starting point for realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and promoting the modernization of national governance in the new era.In the new era,the development and governance of rural communities have taken on new characteristics,and big data has become an important driving force to help the modernization of rural community governance.In the face of big data's empowerment of rural community governance modernization,this paper followed the logical mechanism of scenario transformation,technological innovation,concept transmutation,and function transformation,expounded the value implication of big data empowering rural community governance from four aspects:precise governance goals,promoting multiple governance subjects,improving governance efficiency,and innovating governance methods.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design of digital rural communities and setting up special funds for data governance,improving the thinking of data governance in rural communities and promoting the breadth and depth of big data empowerment,building a data governance platform for rural communities and consolidating the empowerment foundation of big data,cultivating data governance talents in rural communities and improving the level of human capital,the practical path of big data empowerment of rural community governance was discussed,so as to innovate rural community governance methods,develop digital villages,and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
