中亚国家经济政策变动对中国农业投资的影响研究
Impact of Economic Policy Changes in Central Asian Countries on Agricultural Investment in China
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural foreign investment is an important way to alleviate the problem of national food security.Central Asian countries are adjacent to China and rich in resources,which have high complementarity and mutual benefit with China's agriculture,and play a significant role in China's agricultural foreign investment.In recent years,due to the influence of international situation and other factors,Central Asia's economic policies have been frequently adjusted.This study analyzed the implementation characteristics and trends of agricultural policies in Central Asia,including reform direction,environmental regulation,food trade policy,labor policy,and monetary policy.It was found that the change of economic policy in Central Asia may have a certain impact on the decision adjustment,freedom,sustainable development and cost of agricultural investment in China.In this regard,China needs to expand investment cooperation areas and improve overseas investment guarantee system,and enterprises need to carry out sufficient business investigation and adopt localized management strategies to reduce investment risks.Finally,combined with the changes of agricultural policy in Central Asia and the progress of investment cooperation between China and Central Asia,the future development prospects of agricultural investment cooperation between China and Central Asia were forecasted.关键词
