摘要

Abstract

To systematically analyze the evolutionary relationships,molecular structures,and functional characteristics of the PPP1R3C gene family across bovine and other species,this study employed bioinformatics approaches to investigate the genetic features of the PPP1R3 gene family,to which PPP1R3C belongs,and examined PPP1R3C expression levels using RT-qPCR.The results revealed:1)Members of the PPP1R3 gene family exhibited significant variations in their isoelectric points and molecular weights.2)Phylogenetic tree and conserved domain analyses demonstrated that PPP1R3 family members have evolved distinct motif and domain combinations throughout their evolution;synteny analysis revealed patterns of positional changes of PPP1R3 family members across the chromosomes of cattle,mice,humans,sheep,and pigs.3)RT-qPCR analysis demonstrated that PPP1R3C exhibits significantly high expression in bovine adipose and lung tissues,while showing minimal expression in muscle-related tissues;furthermore,its expression levels progressively increased during bovine adipocyte differentiation and maturation.In conclusion,this study investigated the evolutionary relationships,molecular structures,and functional characteristics of the PPP1R3 gene family across bovine and other species,highlighting the crucial regulatory role of PPP1R3C in lipid metabolism and energy homeostasis.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for further investigation of the specific mechanisms of this gene family under various physiological and pathological conditions.
