circFAM53B在奶牛乳腺上皮细胞炎症反应中的作用
Role of circFAM53B in the inflammatory response of bovine mammary epithelial cells
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the function of circFAM53B in dairy cow mastitis,this study took bovine mammary epithelial cells(bMECs)as the research object,and bioinformatics was used to predict the function of circFAM53B.The effects of circFAM53B on cell inflammation,proliferation and apoptosis were examined by interfering or overexpressing circFAM53B in LPS-induced bMECs inflammation.The results showed that:1)Dairy cow circFAM53B was a real-existing circular RNA,mainly located in the cytoplasm of bMECs.2)The expression level of dairy cow circFAM53B was highly significantly up-regulated in LPS-induced inflammatory response of bMECs(P<0.01).3)In the inflammatory response of bMECs,circFAM53B in cows can promote the expression and secretion of inflammatory factors,inhibits cell viability and proliferation,and promote apoptosis in bMECs inflammation,and exacerbate the development of inflammation.In conclusion,circFAM53B may be involved in the regulation of cow mastitis and promote the inflammatory process.This study lays a foundation for molecular breeding for resistance to cow mastitis.关键词
