VN/VC细化剂对铝合金细化效果的影响
Refining Effect of VN/VC for Aluminum Alloy

Abstract
Suitable refining agents are one of the key materials for preparing high-performance aluminum alloys.This study used vanadi-um nitrogen(VN),vanadium carbon(VC),and their combination as refining agents for 5083 aluminum alloy.The effects of refining agent types and composite ratios on the microstructure and properties of 5083 aluminum alloy were studied through X-ray diffraction(XRD)and metallographic analysis.The research results show that when vanadium nitride is added alone,the grain size is refined,with a grain size of about 45 μ m,which is about 55%finer than that when it is not added.The optimal amount of VN added is 1.2%.When vanadium carbide and vanadium nitride are added together,the refining effect is better.When the composite ratio of the two is 1∶1,the refining effect is the best.The grain size of the prepared sample is 35 μm,which is 65%finer than that of the sample without addition.关键词
