DMAIC管理结合约束理论在消毒供应中心职业暴露中的应用价值分析
Analysis of the Application Value of DMAIC Management Combined with Constraint Theory in Occupational Exposure in Disinfection Supply Centers

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of DMAIC management combined with constraint theory in occupational exposure of disinfection supply center.Method:In January 2023,DMAIC management combined with constraint theory will be applied in the management of Disinfection Supply Center of Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital.After the implementation from January 2023 to January 2024,and before the implementation from January to December 2022,the quality improvement effect of disinfection supply center and the occupational exposure of staff before and after the implementation of DMAIC management combined with constraint theory were compared.Result:After the implementation of DMAIC management combined with the constraint theory,the qualified rate of device recovery,classification and inventory,cleaning and disinfection,packaging and sterilization in the device management of the disinfection supply center was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of DMAIC management combined with the constraint theory,the incidence of physical exposure,chemical exposure and biological exposure of the staff in the disinfection supply center was lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of DMAIC management combined with the constraint theory,the total satisfaction rate of the staff in the disinfection supply center was higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of DMAIC management and constraint theory in disinfection supply center can optimize the quality of medical device management,reduce the occupational exposure risk of staff,and improve the level of clinical service.关键词
