Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing role positioning model in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 74 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Benxi Central Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given nursing role positioning model.The examination time,nerve function,limb function and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The time from admission to CT examination results and from admission to laboratory examination results in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Intervention satisfaction scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,nursing role positioning mode can shorten the clinical examination time,improve the neurological function of patients,enhance the limb function,and effectively prevent the complications of patients,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.关键词
