摘要
Abstract
Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a cardiomyopathy characterized by dilation of the left or both ventricles accompanied by systolic dysfunction.Patients with DCM have high mortality and poor prognosis,but with the development of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(CMR)technology,it can more accurately evaluate left atrial volume,left ventricular volume,left ventricular end-diastolic volume index,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other cardiac parameters,diagnose DCM early,assist in the formulation of treatment plans,and contribute to the improvement of patients'prognosis.In addition,CMR has great advantages in predicting the prognosis of DCM patients due to its good soft tissue contrast and high spatial resolution.This paper reviews the research progress and value of CMR in evaluating the prognosis of DCM patients.关键词
