摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of early activity intervention combined with barotherapy on coagulation function and inflammatory response in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 104 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method. The reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with early activity intervention combined with barotherapy based on the reference group. The recovery of gastrointinal function, coagulation function and inflammatory response indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The exhaust recovery time, defecation recovery time, abdominal bloating relief time and bowel sound recovery time of experimental group were earlier than those of reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)of the experimental group were significantly longer than those of the reference group, the level of D-dimer(D-D)was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C reactive protein(CRP)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early activity intervention combined with barotherapy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with severe acute pancreatitis, reduce inflammatory response and improve coagulation function.关键词
