手功能锻炼操联合扶阳罐治疗乳腺癌患者术后上肢淋巴回流受阻的临床应用
Clinical Application of Hand Function Exercise Combined with Fuyang Cupping in the Treatment of Upper Limb Lymphatic Return Obstruction after Breast Cancer Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hand function exercise combined with Fuyang cupping in the treatment of upper limb lymphatic reflux obstruction in patients after breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 82 patients with upper limb lymph return obstruction after breast cancer surgery were selected from Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hand function exercise,and the observation group was treated with Fuyang cupping on the basis of the control group.The functional recovery of upper limb,edema of upper limb,quality of life and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the upper limb extension,extension and abduction activity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the limb circumference difference and tissue water ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life-brief(QOL-BREF)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hand function exercise combined with Fuyang cupping can improve the upper limb function and edema of upper limb and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.关键词
