Research Progress on the Mechanism of Enhanced External Counterpulsation in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
As a non-invasive assisted circulatory technique,enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)plays an important role in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially for the treatment of coronary heart disease,heart failure,ischemic cardiomyopathy and refractory angina.The clinical application of EECP has been widely popularized internationally.With the recognition of the importance of cardiac rehabilitation in China,many cardiac rehabilitation centers have been established in recent years,and EECP plays an increasingly critical role in the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the research progress of the intrinsic mechanism and clinical application of EECP in the treatment of coronary heart disease,aiming to provide a solid theoretical basis and guidance for the further application and development of EECP in the field of coronary heart disease rehabilitation.关键词
