Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Vitamin C and Hydrocortisone in the Treatment of Patients with Septic Shock and Its Influence on Prognosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with Vitamin C and Hydrocortisone in the treatment of septic shock patients and its influence on prognosis.Method:A total of 80 patients with septic shock from Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Vitamin C and Hydrocortisone Injection treatment,and the observation group was given combined treatment with Xuebijing Injection on this basis.The sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)score,myocardial injury index and coagulation index,prognosis and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,SOFA score,creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),B-type brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)levels in both groups were decreased,and the above indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,thrombin time,activated partial thrombin time and prothrombin time in observation group were longer than those in control group,and fibrinogen level was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The ICU stay time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the in-hospital mortality was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment with Xuebijing Injection,Vitamin C and Hydrocortisone can alleviate the condition of patients with septic shock,and improve their myocardial function and coagulation function,and promote the prognosis of regression,which is safe and reliable.关键词
