摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and inflammatory factors in patients with lung cancer after surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery admitted to Department of Respiratory and Critical Care,Nanchang People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(n=40,received routine nursing)and observation group(n=40,received pulmonary rehabilitation training based on the measures of the control group)by random number table method. The pulmonary function, inflammatory factors and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Result:1 month after surgery, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after surgery, the interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the interleukin-18(IL-18),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after surgery, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with lung cancer after surgery can significantly improve pulmonary function, control inflammatory reaction and reduce pain.关键词
