Application Effect of Supported Forward Sitting Position Combined with Lateral Lying Position for Delivery during Active Period of Painless Delivery in Primipara

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of supported forward sitting position combined with lateral lying position for delivery during active period of painless delivery in primipara.Method:A total of 120 primipara who underwent painless vaginal delivery in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by digital random method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional lying position in the first stage of labor and lithotomy in the second stage of labor.After the first stage of labor entered the active stage,the experimental group was given the supported forward sitting position for labor,and the second stage of labor was delivered in the lateral lying position.The conditions of forceps delivery,perineal laceration,labor time,2 h postpartum blood loss,pain degree,abnormal rate of fetal heart sound frequency and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Result:The first labor time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the forceps assisted delivery rate,perineal tearing rate,2 h postpartum blood loss and pain score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the abnormal rate of fetal heart sound frequency,time of second stage of labor,Apgar score 1 min,5 min and 10 min after birth between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Supported forward sitting position combined with lateral lying position for delivery during active stage of painless delivery has certain clinical effects on vaginal delivery of primipara,which can reduce the conditions of forceps delivery,shorten the time of the first stage of labor,reduce perineal tear,improve postpartum bleeding amount,and is safe and reliable in clinical application.关键词
