摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with moxibustion nursing on limb swelling,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and hip joint function in elderly patients with tibia-fibular fracture.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with tibia-fibular fracture admitted to Kunshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with moxibustion nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Limb swelling degree,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,rehabilitation index,Harris hip function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:At 7 d after surgery,the swelling degree and VAS scores of both groups were lower than those of 1 d after surgery,and those in the observation group were lower than the those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14 d after surgery,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight-bearing time in observation group was earlier than that in control group,hospitalization time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,the Harris hip function scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with tibia-fibular fracture undergoing surgical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine application and moxibustion nursing can significantly alleviate the degree of limb swelling and pain after surgery,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,improve hip joint function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
