乌美溴铵维兰特罗对COPD气道重塑及血管内皮功能的影响
Influence of Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate on Airway Remodeling and Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with COPD

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate on airway remodeling and vascular endothelial function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 80 patients with COPD during the stable period in People's Hospital of Wuqing District in Tianjin City from May 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by the method of random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment,on the basis of which the control group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide,and the observation group was treated with Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate.The pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],airway remodeling indexes[nerve growth factor(NGF)and basic fibroblast growth factors(b-FGF)],vascular endothelial function indexes[von Willebrand factor(vWF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)]before and after the treatment and adverse reaction rates of two groups were compared.Result:After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC%in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Airway remodeling indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes of two groups after 1 month and 3 months of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umeclidinium Bromide and Vilanterol Trifenatate can significantly improve pulmonary function in COPD patients,and has relatively better effects on airway remodeling and vascular endothelial function,with high safety.关键词
