Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Calcium Hydroxide combined with Chlorhexidine root canal disinfection on serum inflammatory factors in patients with pulpitis.Method:A total of 76 patients with pulpitis treated in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Both groups were treated with root canal therapy.38 cases in the control group were treated with Calcium Hydroxide at the root canal,while 38 cases in the study group were treated with Calcium Hydroxide combined with Chlorhexidine at the root canal.The treatment effect,periodontal index,pain,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effect rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque index,bleeding index,probing depth,gingival index,inflammatory factors after 1 month of treatment,and pain scores at 1,2 and 3 d of treatment in the two groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Calcium Hydroxide combined with Chlorhexidine root canal disinfection in patients with pulpitis is better than that of Calcium Hydroxide alone,which is more conducive to improve the periodontal index,inhibit inflammatory reaction,reduce pain,and has fewer complications.关键词
