Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of adjacent segment dynamic stabilization system combined with microscopic minimal invasive surgery-transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF)in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with lumbar degenerative diseases treated in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(35 cases)according to different treatment methods.Perioperative indexes of the two groups were compared.The Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index,vertebral space height,clinical efficacy,vertebral range of motion and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups before surgery,3 months after surgery,and at the last follow-up(1 year after surgery).Result:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative drainage volume and intraoperative blood loss of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 months and the last follow-up,compared with the control group,the vertebral range of motion,Oswestry disability index and VAS scores of the study group were lower,and the vertebral space height and JOA scores were higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of adjacent segment dynamic stabilization system combined with microscopic MIS-TLIF on the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases is better than that of single treatment,with short operation time,low intraoperative blood loss,less postoperative drainage,and less postoperative trauma,which is conducive to relieving patients'lumbar pain,improving spinal function,and helping patients to return to normal as soon as possible.
