IL-7R在泛癌中的预后和免疫学作用
Prognostic and immunological role of IL-7R in pan-cancer

Abstract
[Objective]IL-7R is the receptor of IL-7 and has a certain correlation with the immune system,but the specific mechanism and prognosis have not been thoroughly studied:whether it can be used as a new target of immunosuppressive therapy.The purpose of this study is to observe the prognosis of IL-7R in pan-cancer,and to explore the relationship between IL-7R expression and immune infiltration.[Methods]The expression pattern of IL-7R and clinical information of pan cancer tumor samples were extracted from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database.The correlation between IL-7R expression and survival outcomes,tumor staging were analyzed,and Kaplan-Meier curves were plotted.The relationship between IL-7R expression,immune cell content,and immune cell marker types were predictd,and the immunological value of IL-7R in pan-cancer was explored.[Results]The high expression of IL-7R was beneficial for the overall survival(OS),disease-specific survival(DSS),disease-free survival(DFS),and progression free survival(PFS)of several cancers,while IL-7R expression deteriorated the survival rate of glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)and low-grade gliomas(LGG).IL-7R expression was associated with tumor staging and prognosis in 21 types of cancer,particularly liver hepatocellular carcinoma(LIHC),skin cutaneous melanoma(SKCM)and lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD).In addition,IL-7R expression was positively correlated with CD68+in LIHC,LUAD,and SKCM.[Conclusion]IL-7R is associated with prognosis and tumor immune cell infiltration in patients with multiple tumor types.It is suggested that IL-7R is a key factor in regulating the recruitment of immune cells to LIHC,LUAD and SKCM,playing an important role in regulating immune cell infiltration,and is a potential prognostic biomarker for patients with LIHC,LUAD and SKCM.关键词
