Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Qingkailing injection on neurological function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods A total of 86 patients with ICH were included and divided into a control group(43 cases,conventional treatment)or an observation group(43 cases,conventional treatment+Qingkailing injection)using the random number table method,and both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The neurological function(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale[NIHSS]score and modified Edinburgh Scandinavia Stroke Scale[MESSS]score)and levels of inflammatory factors(serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],interleukin[IL]-1β,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment,were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,NIHSS and MESSS scores and serum hs-CRP,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α levels decreased in the two groups,and the decreases were more significant in the observation group(all P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingkailing injection can improve neurological function and reduce levels of inflammatory factors when treating patients with ICH,with high safety.关键词
