Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Thiamazole combined with Zhenyuan Capsules on serum free triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels in patients with hyperthyroidism.Method:A total of 102 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Ruijin People's Hospital from April 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=49)and the observation group(n=53)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Thiamazole treatment,observation group was treated with Zhenyuan Capsules on the basis of the control group.All patients were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,thyroid function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(98.11%)was higher than that of the control group(83.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,FT3,FT4,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in the observation group were lower,and TSH level was higher(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group(5.66%)was lower than that of the control group(18.37%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thiamazole combined with Zhenyuan Capsules can effectively relieve the inflammatory response of patients with hyperthyroidism,improve thyroid function,enhance efficacy and have high safety.关键词
