金水宝胶囊联合非奈利酮在2型糖尿病合并慢性肾病治疗中的应用价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Finerenone in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease.Method:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with chronic kidney disease admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from October 2022 to March 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Finerenone in addition to the above treatment plan.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,renal function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment,but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of β2-MG,Cys C and Scr in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuibao Capsules combined with Finerenone has high application value in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease,which can improve renal function and reduce inflammatory factors.关键词
