内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗消化系统癌前病变及癌症早期的临床效果
Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions and Early Stage Cancer of the Digestive System

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of precancerous lesions and early stage cancer of the digestive system.Method:Clinical data of 82 patients with precancerous lesions and early stage cancer of digestive system admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different surgical methods,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),and the observation group received ESD treatment.The surgical indicators,lesion resection,stress level,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete resection rate,negative rate of lateral resection margin and negative rate of vertical resection margin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of quality of life 6 months after operation were higher than those of control group,and the perforation rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ESD is more effective in the treatment of precancerous lesions and early stage cancer of the digestive system,which can improve the complete resection rate of lesions and enhance the quality of life of patients.However,it is difficult to operate and has a high risk of postoperative perforation.关键词
