可旋转式面罩雾化吸入器的研发与应用OA

[Objective]To explore the application effect of rotatable face mask nebulization inhaler in nebulization therapy.[Methods]Sixty-eight patients who needed nebulization therapy in Neurosurgery Ward 1 of Hanzhong Central Hospital from April 2024 to July 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Thirty-two patients in the experimental group used rotatable nebulization inhaler,while 36 patients in the control group used ordinary nebulization inhaler.Each patient was limited to 5 sessions of nebulized inhalation therapy before being evaluated.The incidence of adverse events,complete drug utilization rate,and patient satisfaction with nebulization therapy between two groups of patients were compared.[Results]After comparison,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 0,which was lower than 5%in the control group(P<0.05).The complete utilization rate of drugs and patient satisfaction with nebulization therapy in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The rotatable face mask nebulization inhaler can reduce the incidence of adverse events during nebulization therapy,improve the complete utilization rate of nebulized drugs,and increase patient satisfaction with nebulization therapy.
