摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction modified combined with proton pumb inhibitors(PPIs)step down and withdraw medication in the treatment of non erosive reflux disease(NERD).Method:Eighty NERD patients treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with PPIs step down and withdraw medication,while the experimental group was treated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Xiaoxianchest Decoction modified combined with PPIs step down and withdraw medication.Two groups evaluated the treatment effect after 12 weeks of treatment.The clinical efficacy,disease status,gastrointestinal autonomic nervous function,serum indicators,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various items reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)and low-frequency power(LF)of gastrointestinal autonomic nervous function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the high-frequency power(HF)of gastrointestinal autonomic nervous function,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:NERD patients receiving modified combination of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with PPIs for step down and withdraw medication therapy have significant effects,which can improve gastrointestinal autonomic nervous system function and gastrointestinal motility,and enhance quality of life.关键词
